Job summary

Mountain West Windows and Doors is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to be the primary IT support contact across locations, based in the Sandy office. You will triage tickets, assist with onboarding, and manage hardware lifecycle, accounts, and basic network troubleshooting.

The role focuses on strong customer service, hands-on support, and growth into Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune administration, with occasional travel between sites and remote help as needed.

Qualifications

Hands-on troubleshooting of computers, software, and user devices.
Experience with ticketing and remote support tools.
Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and mobile devices.
Ability to onboarding/offboarding, asset lifecycle management.
Familiarity with security best practices and backups.

Responsibilities

Own and triage IT ticket queue across all locations.
Provide quick, professional technical support via phone, remote tools, and in person.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and asset lifecycle.
Monitor backups and endpoint management; respond to routine alerts.
Document troubleshooting steps and improve knowledge base.
