Job summary

TE Wire & Cable LLC is expanding its Inside Sales team in New Jersey. The Inside Sales Representative will generate new business, build client relationships, and support customers through the sales cycle. Responsibilities include cold-calling, researching opportunities, identifying decision-makers, and preparing quotes.

You will collaborate with internal teams, deliver presentations, and manage data in Salesforce, with occasional travel to visit customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Inside Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities involving multiple decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Inside sales responsibilities include generating new business and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Proactively cold-call prospects and identify new opportunities and accounts.
• Prepare accurate quotes with prices and margins within guidelines.
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce and coordinate with Wire Engineering for technical guidance.
• Travel as needed for customer visits.
