Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Preferred 5–7 years of experience.
• Office environment with CRM/ERP usage.

Responsibilities

• Determines product and pricing with reference to inventory, lead times, and terms.
• Performs order entry, quotes, and follow-ups for accurate processing.
• Observes customer purchasing trends for upsell opportunities.
• Handles calls and emails to provide information and resolve issues.
