Job summary

Jani-King of Pittsburgh is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive regional growth through high-volume outbound calling, lead qualification and appointment setting. You’ll be the first contact for many prospective clients—explaining Jani-King’s services, uncovering facility needs and ensuring a smooth handoff to the outside sales team.

• Prior telemarketing, inside sales or outbound calling experience.
• Proven ability to meet activity and appointment goals.
• Excellent phone presence and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Make 100+ calls per day to target Pittsburgh businesses.
• Qualify leads and set qualified appointments for outside sales.
• Follow up with warm leads from inbound inquiries and campaigns.
• Maintain complete and accurate CRM records of outreach and next steps.
• Collaborate with outside sales to align on territory strategies.
• Support targeted call campaigns and promotions.
• Represent the brand with professionalism on every call.
• Track performance against daily, weekly and monthly goals.
