Woodard Cleaning and Restoration, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to guide customers from the first call through scheduling. You’ll handle a steady flow of inbound calls while also generating new business, turning inquiries into booked jobs.

In a fast-paced, family-owned environment, you’ll identify upsell opportunities, schedule work to fit both customer and team needs, and maintain accurate notes to ensure no detail is missed while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, direct sales, or customer-facing sales.
• Confidence on the phone and ability to guide conversation toward a clear next step.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
