Derheim Painting is seeking a CSR Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact, qualifying leads and scheduling sales appointments. You will handle inbound calls quickly, perform outbound outreach, and ensure the CRM pipeline stays accurate and up to date.

You’ll work with a goal-driven team, tracking performance metrics and contributing to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where teamwork and accountability are valued.

Qualifications

• Answer inbound calls within 30 seconds and convert them into booked appointments.
• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads.
• Track metrics and maintain accurate pipeline data.
• Collaborate with sales to confirm appointments and updates.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls within 30 seconds and convert them into booked appointments.
• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads.
• Manage follow-ups and move every lead through the HL pipeline.
• Track rate, booking rate, and follow-up success.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy to avoid lost leads.
• Communicate daily with the sales team about appointments and changes.
