Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting and sales pipeline management.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Strong communication and data accuracy in CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls within 30 seconds and convert to booked appointments.
• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads.
• Qualify leads and move them through the GHL pipeline.
• Track metrics such as set rate and booking rate.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure no lead is lost.
• Coordinate daily with sales on appointments, cancellations, and updates.
• Represent Derheim Painting with professionalism and a smile.
