Job summary

Dek's Decks is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support homeowners with calls, quotes, and scheduling. You will qualify projects, book consultations, and ensure timely follow-up on leads while maintaining accurate CRM notes.

A friendly, organized phone presence is essential for success in this role. You’ll work with CRM and texting platforms, with paid training and a consistent weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in phone-based customer service, scheduling, or inside sales.
• Great phone presence—warm, fast, organized.
• Comfortable with CRM software, email, and texting platforms.
• Home services experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, web quote requests, and texts quickly.
• Qualify projects and book design consultations on the sales calendar.
• Follow up on unbooked leads until you get a yes or a no.
• Keep the CRM clean and notes accurate.
• Coordinate scheduling updates between homeowners and production.
