A leading staffing solutions company is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator in Tulsa, OK. The role involves providing administrative support to the HR department, managing recruiting coordination, and maintaining employee records. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of HR experience, be proficient in Excel, and possess strong communication and customer service skills. This contract position offers a pay range of $20–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Critical thinker with sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.

Responsabilités

• Promote company Core Behaviors across the organization.
• Administer and maintain LMS, ADP, and performance systems.
• Support the companywide training program.
• Process pre-hire functions including background checks.
• Schedule interviews and conduct onboarding in ADP.
