Job summary

Discovery Lab in Tulsa, OK is seeking an HR Coordinator to oversee HR operations, benefits, payroll with Paycom, and policy compliance. You will support onboarding, employee records, and reporting to the Director of Finance and Support.

You will manage employee life cycle, assist with compensation strategy, performance cycles, and people initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR support/administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Paycom and MS Office; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with posting job openings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring.
• Coordinate onboarding, benefits enrollment, and file maintenance.
• Support payroll processing, timesheet verification, and data integrity in Paycom.
• Generate HR reports and assist audits/document reviews.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ADA and maintain HR policies.
