Job summary

Discovery Lab is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide operational oversight of HR functions in Tulsa, OK. You will support recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits management, and policy adherence, while serving as a liaison to the Governing Board’s HR Committee.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS systems preferred (Paycom).
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes including posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate payroll processing and benefit administration within Paycom.
• Maintain employee records in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Support employee relations, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
