Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent training via work experience or education.
• Minimum of 3 years of previous job-related experience.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments across multiple sites, considering orders, urgency, and patient convenience.
• Verify insurance to maximize reimbursement and correct payment.
• Proficient in clinical, registration and scheduling software; learn new systems as required.
• Handle a high volume of telephone calls with strong customer service skills.
