Loyola Medicine is seeking a Dynamic Scheduler to coordinate patient appointments across multiple sites, balancing orders and urgency of care with patient convenience. The role emphasizes efficient scheduling practices and high-quality customer service within a busy healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include daily monitoring of physicians' schedules, insurance verification for accurate reimbursement, and proficient use of clinical, registration, and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education
• Minimum of 3 years of previous job-related experience
• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Service Rep, highly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years training in general administrative, business, healthcare, or related field

• TELEPHONE UTILIZATION - Efficiently and effectively manage a high volume of telephone calls to the service area. a.) Answers calls using telephone customer service skills and maintains 95% for customer telephone skills

Essential Job Duties:

COMPENSATION

Pay Range: $21.12 - $25.53 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
