Job summary

KidStrong in the San Antonio region is expanding and seeks a high-energy General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and memberships, and deliver outstanding customer service to families.

This salaried role requires 2–3+ years of management and sales experience, flexibility for a Tue–Sat schedule, and the ability to train staff and coordinate with the Head Coach to grow multiple centers.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of management experience overseeing all aspects of company management.
• 2–3 years of previous sales experience.
• Flexible schedule including a full Saturday.
• Ability to schedule trials through vetting processes.
• Understanding of KPI's, revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance.
• Multi-tasking, strong client and staff problem-solving, self-starter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Promotional orientation and leadership with results-driven mindset.
• Experience with children and fitness industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients.
• Oversee sales and budget targets; drive memberships and center performance.
• Manage the sales process and systems; lead generation/marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Head Coach to support staff and center needs.
• Schedule optimization to maintain class size and center operations.
• Model center activities and lead by example.
• Communicate with coaches about trials and member details.
• Respond promptly to corporate/owner requests and client leads.
• Maintain social media daily per brand rules.
• Enforce corporate policies, systems, and processes.
• Ensure front desk procedures, including check-in, inquiries, registrations, and cash handling.
• Coach a minimum of 4 KidStrong classes weekly.
• Deliver high-level customer service and issue resolution.
• Ensure facility is clean, maintained, and operational.
