Job summary

Greystar seeks a Floating Assistant Community Manager to support operations across multiple residential communities in Colorado. You will assist on-site Community Managers, handle leasing support, resident relations, maintenance oversight, and ensure compliance with company policies while learning community specifics.

The role requires 1–3 years of property management or related experience, strong customer service and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, Hospitality or related field.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
