SRG Residential in Van Nuys, CA is seeking a Floating Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager and supervise the team in their absence. The role requires flexible coverage across weekdays and weekends, effective communication, and ability to manage rent collections and reporting using property software.

Qualified applicants have at least 1 year of property management experience, proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and general software, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related property management experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Proficiency with property software and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assumes supervisory duties in the Community Manager's absence.
• Assist in training team and scheduling.
• Oversee rent collection and timely legal actions when needed.
• Review move-in/out files and support reporting and reconciliations.
• Resolve resident conflicts and ensure policy adherence.
