This role requires daily outbound calling, high-volume collections activity, and close interaction with customers to meet performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations. Opportunities for performance-based earnings exist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions in compliance with policies.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, account questions, and issue resolution.
• Process payments, account updates, tax-related documentation, and document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records and balance cash as required.
