Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental equipment inventory, deliveries, and pickups with sales coordinators and branch management.
• Act as liaison between customers and branch departments to meet expectations.
• Represent the company in the field by delivering quotes and providing technical assistance.
• Promote new business through daily customer contact and feedback.
• Support existing customers and maintain a current customer database.
• Maintain procedures to ensure safety, sales processing, and confidentiality.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Stay knowledgeable about products, inventory, pricing and delivery capabilities.
• Produce required paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
• Ensure sales revenue, profit margin, and customer objectives are met monthly/quarterly/annually.
• Maintain weekly call sheets and submit to the Sales Manager.
• Participate in weekly and quarterly sales meetings with market insights.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
