Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative - Commercial/Mechanical to cover the San Diego & Palm Springs market. This field-based role includes customer service excellence, relationship building, and direct contribution to the company’s bottom line.

A fuel card, auto allowance, and company laptop are provided. Based in the San Diego area, you will develop sales strategies, pursue new accounts, and manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years industry-related sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base, ensuring satisfaction from order to delivery and beyond.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base; develop sales strategies and target new accounts.
• Quote products and resolve issues; analyze territory competition and communicate sales strategy to management.
• continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to project a professional image in the field.
• Document all sales activity in Salesforce for pipeline visibility and closure metrics.
