Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive Fire & Fabrication solutions across El Paso, Las Cruces, and Albuquerque.

This field-based role offers a base plus uncapped commission, travel in the territory, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will build relationships with vendors and customers, quote products, resolve issues, and promote Ferguson’s HVAC, fire protection, and PVF offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fire sprinkler or PVF industries.
• Proven ability to develop and close new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base, coordinating with branch staff.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Quote products, resolve problems, and manage customer needs from order to delivery.
• Analyze territory competition and communicate sales strategy to management.
• continually improve sales skills and product knowledge for a professional field image.
• Document sales activity in Salesforce for pipeline tracking and results.
