Ferguson seeks an Outside Sales Representative - Commercial/Mechanical to cover the San Diego & Palm Springs market. The role is field-based and based in the San Diego area, with a fuel card, auto allowance, travel and expense card, company cell phone and laptop provided.

You will develop relationships with vendors and customers, identify new opportunities, quote products, resolve issues, and document activity in Salesforce to drive the sales pipeline. Base plus commission with no cap.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry sales experience.
• Results oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Able to multi-task and learn quickly.
• Proficient with digital tools and CRM.
