Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business sales for small business clients in the Jasper, AL area. You’ll conduct needs analyses and recommend Spectrum solutions across data, voice, and mobile services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/technical industry experience.
• Valid and active State driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle and car insurance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your assigned sales territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify Spectrum Business solutions for each client.
• Achieve sales and product targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact through final sale.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and closed deals using required software and tools.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum’s products and strategies.
• Simplify and enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
