Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business with small commercial clients in a field-based role. You will analyze client needs, propose Spectrum Business solutions across data, voice, video, and mobile services, and guide leads from initial contact to closing the sale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years in telecom/technical industry.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your assigned sales territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify Spectrum Business solutions for each client.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact to final sale.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, presentations and closed deals using required software.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum products.
• Proactively communicate to simplify and enhance customer experiences.
