Job summary

Main Event is seeking an Event Coordinator to help guests plan birthdays and events, tailoring experiences to their needs and ensuring a memorable visit.

You will sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events while using CRM and Excel to track revenue and guest details; collaborate with the Sales Manager to surpass targets and participate in weekly strategy meetings.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience; food & beverage or retail experience is a plus
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)

Responsibilities

• Sell, schedule, and coordinate events (corporate, group, and birthday).
• Input sales revenue and guest information in systems.
• Partner with Sales Manager to exceed targets and quarterly plans.
• Prospect and cold call to develop new and repeat business.
• Support local store marketing to drive event sales.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and share strategic ideas.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing office duties; maintain cleanliness and safety.
