Main Event Entertainment is seeking an energetic Event Coordinator to help plan memorable birthday and group events. You will sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate and group events, input guest information and revenue, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to exceed targets.

You’ll prospect for new business and support local marketing to drive event sales. Strong communication, Excel/Office and CRM skills are required; you should be flexible to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, with

Qualifications

• Sales experience in food & beverage or retail is a plus.
• Must be guest-focused and customer-oriented.
• Teamwork is essential to fulfill events.
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Able to communicate effectively with management, team, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Understand all event packages and add-ons.
• Sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Input sales revenue and guest information; create follow-up tasks.
• Partner with Sales Manager to exceed targets and sales plans.
• Prospect and cold-call to develop new and repeat business.
• Support local store marketing to drive event sales.
• Attend weekly sales meetings to share ideas.
• Perform opening/mid-day/closing duties and maintain cleanliness.
