Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to help guests plan memorable birthday and group events, delivering FUN while ensuring safety and sanitation standards.

You will sell, schedule and coordinate events, manage guest information in our CRM, and work with the Sales Manager to exceed targets, with shifts that may include days, evenings, weekends. Join a team-focused culture with perks and growth opportunities as we open new centers.

Qualifications

• Prior food & beverage or retail experience; sales experience a plus
• Guest-focused mindset and customer service orientation
• Team-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
• Welcoming and engaging Guests as an ambassador of FUN
• Selling, scheduling and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
• Inputting sales revenue and guest information into systems and CRM
• Partnering with Sales Manager to exceed event sales targets and budgets
• Prospecting and cold calling to develop new and repeat business
• Supporting local store marketing initiatives to drive event sales
• Attending weekly sales meetings to share strategic ideas
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
