Job summary

Apex Entertainment is seeking an enthusiastic Event Sales Coordinator to guide guests from inquiry through event execution, focusing on exceptional guest service, building client relationships, and maximizing revenue through upselling.

In this role you will coordinate bookings for parties and corporate events, prepare quotes and BEOs, maintain accurate records, and communicate with all departments to ensure flawless events and repeat business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, event booking, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience preparing or working with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in the food & beverage and/or hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage booking, planning, and detailing of events including parties and corporate events.
• Communicate with guests from inquiry to planning with timely follow-up.
• Educate guests on Apex Entertainment's attractions, food and beverage offerings, event packages, and other services.
• Prepare and conduct professional facility tours for prospective guests.
• Prepare event quotes, pricing, and BEOs accurately.
