• Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries.
• Maintain records of appointments, calls and leads.
• Provide proposals in line with policies.
• Develop relationships to grow the business and expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure flawless event execution.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure flawless event execution and communicate updates.
• Provide client proposals per established policies.
• Maintain activity records of appointments, calls and leads in the TripleSeat Platform.
• Prepare proposals, mailings, emails blasts, correspondence, memos and letters.
• Be present to meet and follow up with contacts for events with gross sales over $1000.
• Develop relationships and partnerships to increase new business.
• Design and implement programs to expand the customer base.
• Explore social media opportunities to increase sales.
• Strong multi-tasking and communication skills to assist with sales.
• Closes all sales with continuous follow up on a daily basis.
