Job summary

The Clubs of Prestonwood - The Creek is seeking an Event Sales Coordinator to support planning and execution of club events. You will work closely with the Event Sales Manager to manage inquiries, proposals, contracts, and client communications, ensuring seamless experiences for members and their guests.

This role emphasizes organization, collaboration with culinary and service teams, and accurate administrative record-keeping, with opportunities to contribute to the annual event sales plan

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer-facing or sales support in hospitality/events.
• College coursework in hospitality or marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Event Sales Manager with coordination and execution of event sales.
• Serve as primary contact for clients during planning.
• Support creation and distribution of proposals, contracts, and event orders.
• Maintain client database and assist in developing a prospect inventory.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure event details are executed as planned.
• Provide general administrative support to the Event Sales Manager and Director.
• Attend daily briefings and engage in required activities to contribute to team success.
