Job summary

Legacy Food Group in Worcester, MA seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact, handling orders, inquiries, and vendor communications with professionalism.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist customers with questions, orders, and requests.
• Monitor and clear voicemails promptly.
• Enter customer orders into the company system accurately.
• Verify order details, pricing, and product availability.
• Place product orders with vendors and suppliers as needed.
• Communicate order updates and shipping information to customers.
• Maintain organized records of customer and vendor communications.
• Support general office and administrative tasks.
• Maintain an organized workspace and manage multiple tasks efficiently with good time management.
