Responsibilities

• Input customer orders.
• Input customer credits.
• Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with orders and problems; contact vendors and request samples.
• Provide informative and professional assistance to customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Perform administrative tasks such as checking faxes and mail daily, handling sample requests.
