Job summary

Bunzl Distribution NA in West Boylston, MA is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support business customer accounts with a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and order inquiries. You will collaborate with sales, warehouse, and billing teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth order experience from start to finish.

The role is onsite with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in customer service, call center, or account support preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and resolve inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle 50–100+ daily customer interactions (inbound calls, email, EDI, and fax).
• Process and manage high-volume customer orders with accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve order issues, billing discrepancies, and delivery concerns.
• Act as a point of contact between customers, sales, warehouse, and billing teams.
• Expedite orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through high-quality service.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and meet customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products, systems, and company processes.
• Support additional customer service and administrative tasks as needed.
