Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of three years in hotel or conference Catering/Sales.

Responsibilities

• Learn hotel brand and strategy; drive loyalty to grow share of account.
• Identify and solicit new accounts via telemarketing, appointments, tours, cold calls, email, phone, and in-person.
• Advise clients on hotel facilities and services when proposing groups and events.
• Build client base of organizations through direct sales to secure hotel business.
• Negotiate food & beverage, function space, room rates, and hotel services to meet revenue goals.
