Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years catering or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; client-focused.
• Ability to learn hotel brand strategies and drive loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Learn the hotel brand and strategy to drive client loyalty.
• Identify and solicit new accounts via calls, meetings, and events.
• Advise clients on facilities and services during event proposals.
• Establish client base through direct sales to secure hotel business.
• Negotiate F&B, function space, and hotel services to meet revenue goals.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and BEOs per company standards.
• Complete reports and participate in business and marketing plans.
• Support other duties as needed.
