Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic Catering Sales Manager to join our team. The role focuses on driving hotel catering revenue by securing events, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring at least three years of hotel or conference catering/sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years in hotel or conference Catering/Sales.

Responsibilities

• Learn the hotel brand and strategy; drive customer loyalty to grow share of the account by delivering service excellence.
• Identify and solicit new accounts from telemarketing, appointments, site tours, cold calls, and inquiries via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Provide advice to clients on hotel facilities and services when proposing groups and events; negotiate contracts to meet revenue goals.
• Establish a client base of organizations, associations, and corporate businesses through direct sales efforts.
• Conduct tours of the hotel and banquet facilities; respond promptly to RFPs and client requests for information.
