US Tech Solutions is hiring for a Customer Service role based in Lewisburg, TN. The contractor will handle 60+ calls per day, log transactions, and provide order and product support to North American customers, including Canada.

The position requires high energy, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. SAP and Salesforce familiarity are a plus, with a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and ownership mindset.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Two years of relevant customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
• Route calls to appropriate resources.
• Document all call information per SOP.
• Enter accurate ordering information into the company system.
• Triaging customer requests and routing to Tier 2 when needed.
