Interactive Resources is seeking dependable Call Center Representatives to join a fast-paced customer service team in Tennessee. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, answer questions, document interactions, and provide a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of call center or high-volume phone-based experience, strong verbal communication and active listening, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers.
