Sapphire Recruitment, LLC in Lewisburg, TN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle a high volume of inbound calls, perform data entry, and support special projects.

The position is a long-term temporary role with incentive raises and free parking, working Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

Associates degree preferred with call center experience; bilingual abilities are a plus and Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce familiarity is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; required to get hired on
• Proven experience working in a call center environment
• Typing skills 60+ WPM
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; bilingual a plus
• Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented

Responsabilités

• Handle high volume inbound calls to resolve customer questions
• Data Entry including order information
• Participate in special projects as assigned
• Other duties as assigned
