Job summary

Dimmitt Automotive Group in the Tampa Bay area is seeking an Automotive BDC Representative to respond to inquiries via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. He or she answers incoming telephone calls in a warm, helpful, and professional manner. Outgoing calls and incoming assigned tasks are part of the daily routine.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Ability to handle prolonged periods of computer and phone usage.
• Ability to follow script to ensure consistency and professionalism with all calls.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend written instructions and information.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Excellent telephone manner with clear, concise, and professional communication skills.
• Strong relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity.
