Job summary

Priority Lexus in Virginia Beach, Virginia is looking for an enthusiastic Sales BDC Representative to join our team and be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle phone, text, and email inquiries and set quality appointments for the sales team.

Automotive experience is not required; strong communication and a great first impression are key. You will respond to internet leads, make outbound calls, and keep CRM data accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, wireless sales, appointment setting, inside sales, or call centers

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to internet and website leads
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Communicate with customers through phone, text, and email
• Answer basic questions about vehicles, availability, and the dealership
• Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership
• Follow up with customers who have not yet purchased
• Confirm upcoming appointments
• Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM
• Work closely with sales managers and sales representatives
• Help turn customer inquiries into dealership visits and sales
