Responsibilities

• Coordinate aircraft and flight crew schedules.
• Communicate with clients, pilots, aircraft owners, vendors, and internal team members.
• Arrange trip logistics, including airport services, landing permissions, customs and overflight requirements, catering, ground transportation, and crew/passenger services.
• Review trip requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and operational legality, including crew requirements, passenger vetting, and flight documentation.
• Monitor crew flight, duty, and rest requirements.
• Track flights and communicate schedule changes and updates.
• Anticipate issues, adapt to changing schedules, and help resolve challenges as they arise.
• Provide exceptional service while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

About the Role

As a Flight Coordinator at Lyon Aviation, you’ll play an important role in keeping our flight operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with pilots, clients, aircraft owners, maintenance personnel, and other team members to ensure every trip is coordinated safely, legally, and efficiently.

This is a fast-paced position that requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, and outstanding customer service.

• Communicate with clients, pilots, aircraft owners, vendors, and internal team members.
