Job summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking an experienced Flight Coordinator to serve as the central point of contact for aircraft scheduling between clients, flight crews and maintenance personnel. You will coordinate trips, arrange services, and provide detailed itineraries to ensure safe and on-time operations.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, able to work with scheduling software, FAA regulations, and travel logistics while maintaining strict

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interact effectively as a team member and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and trip planning principles.
• Well organized and meticulous; able to plan and prioritize with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive trip requests and schedule aircraft with clients.
• Provide itineraries and communicate schedule details to clients and crews.
• Arrange logistics such as hotels, ground transportation, and visas as needed.
• Arrange permits and ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date contact records for clients and flight crews.
• Coordinate aircraft movement and monitor duty times with PIC for regulatory compliance.
