Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring fast, accurate guest experiences.
• Coach and develop team members to hit service goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback with care and resolve concerns.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures.
