Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily restaurant operations, coach teams, and deliver the brand’s legendary hospitality. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and smooth shift execution.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of restaurant/retail management experience, a hands-on leadership style, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus).
• People-first leadership style with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver great food.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
