Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coaching the crew, and delivering exceptional Southern hospitality.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in restaurant/retail management, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to drive performance in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Fast-paced QSR experience is a plus.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure fast, accurate service and great guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to meet service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures.
