Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach the crew, and deliver the brand’s hospitality. You’ll support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts, focusing on speed, accuracy, and guest experience.

Bring 3–5 years in restaurant or retail management, a people-first leadership style, and strong communication. Expect teamwork, cost control, and a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• People-first leadership with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts to ensure speed, accuracy and top-tier guest experiences.
• Coach and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and training of new team members.
