Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coaching the crew, and delivering legendary Southern hospitality. You will lead shifts, drive service quality, and promote a positive team culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in restaurant or retail (QSR a plus)
• People-first leadership with hands-on coaching
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Experience managing labor and costs preferred

Responsibilities

• Support all daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house
• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure fast, accurate guest experiences
• Coach and develop team members to hit service and performance goals
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness
• Assist in labor, food cost, and profitability management
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies and safety procedures
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
