Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience.
• Proven ability to close sales and lease deals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• State leasing license if required by law or ability to obtain within deadline.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and leads from prospective renters to market and lease apartments.
• Process lease applications and prepare contracts.
• Tour properties and greet prospective residents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community and market promotions.
• Log prospect information into Property Management software and respond to emails and messages.
