Quest Management Group is seeking a Leasing Professional to maintain high occupancy by attracting and retaining qualified residents. You will lease, market and nurture positive resident relations at the community level.

As a key member of the team, you will greet prospects, show models, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while ensuring policies are followed. This on-site role offers competitive benefits with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Familiar with Entrata and EliseAI preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in lease transactions by typing leases, gathering applicant history and credit approvals.
• Tour property and close the sale; update status reports.
• Process applications and coordinate move-in paperwork.
• Manage resident relations and respond to concerns; enforce policies.
• Marketing: update availability and ads, and distribute promotional materials.
