Job summary

Wipro is seeking a DX Practitioner to drive digital experience technology sales across North America, focusing on strategy, design, engagement platforms, digital commerce, mobility, and low-code/no-code implementations. You will engage C-suite stakeholders, build relationships, and lead proposals that win strategic engagements.

You will manage a multi-year portfolio, hit revenue targets, and collaborate with Wipro teams to deliver customer value in a matrixed Enterprise Apps environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in professional services or technology
• 5–7 years selling digital experience solutions to C-Suite in North America
• Consultative selling on digital experience solutions
• Experience leading large experience transformation deals (min $20m)
• Portfolio management of $20m–$25m
• Deep understanding of experience tech, MarTech, mobility, ECM and metaverse/AR/VR
• Experience with Adobe Marketing Stack, SAP/Adobe commerce, Shopify, PEGA or Appian workflows

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales outcomes for Experience Technologies across the Americas.
• Engage CDOs, CXOs and stakeholders to shape digital experience strategy.
• Meet sales KPIs tied to revenue growth and order bookings.
• Drive technology sales within a defined portfolio.
• Lead pipeline-building activities and qualify high-quality leads.
• Develop proactive proposals with Wipro teams to win new business.
• Move opportunities toward closure with thought leadership across the lifecycle.
• Operate effectively in a matrixed Enterprise Apps organization.
